Student Assistant Development Programme

What is the Student Assistant Development Programme?

The Student Assistant Development Programme (SADP) is an award programme to guide, support and recognise senior students who help in Melody Movement Early Learning dance classes. In addition to teaching students the principles of class assisting, it develops students' generic such as leadership skills, organisation, planning and communications.

There are three stages within the SADP and each stage includes three units. Students must complete each stage before progressing to the next.

The SADP awards are designed to recognise the students assistants efforts and acheivements and can be used by the student on their CV and Personal Statement.

Course material must be purchased before commencing this programme.
